Couriers update tracking sporadically (often only at major checkpoints). 2 days of silence is normal. If it's been 4+ working days with zero updates, WhatsApp us with your order number — we'll chase it.

Yes — Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM, by appointment only. WhatsApp us first to confirm stock and a slot. Free, no minimum order.

Yes for both. For condos, give us your unit number — most couriers will deliver to your door, but some leave at the guardhouse. Add WhatsApp number at checkout for delivery alerts.

Check with your guardhouse, neighbour, or building reception first — couriers sometimes leave with a third party. If still missing after 24 hours, WhatsApp us with the tracking number and we'll open a courier investigation. Lost shipments are fully replaced.

Klang Valley: yes — Lalamove same-day delivery available at cost (RM 25–60 depending on distance). WhatsApp us before 4 PM. Outside KL: courier next-day is the fastest option; DHL Express is sometimes available for an additional fee.
