One World Trade Center, Royal Lahaina, Concorde Hotel and the rest are coated by EnduroShield Professional — applied at the glass factory through PCT Global's X-Line, an automated coating machine that sprays each panel during fabrication (30 seconds per panel, full quality control). Commercial coatings often hold 10+ years.

Your DIY home kit is the identical chemistry, packaged for hand application with a brush-pad applicator. Real-world hand application can't match factory machinery — so we guarantee 3 years in writing, conservatively. Three numbers we lean on whenever we make a claim about EnduroShield. None of them came from our marketing department — they came from accredited labs, under standardised tests, with the paperwork to prove it.

Measured before and after coating under ASTM D1003 — the international standard for measuring how much light passes through transparent material. Result: 89.55% → 89.57%. The human eye can detect differences from about 0.5% upward. Translation: your glass looks identical.

The cured EnduroShield film is two molecules thick — measured in nanometres, not microns. There's no "build-up", no edge to feel, no visible film thickness. The chemistry doesn't sit on the glass; it bonds into the molecular surface.

The coating remains stable up to 220°C — comfortably above any temperature reached on a sunlit window in Malaysia (typically 50–70°C max). For reference: this is hotter than a domestic oven on bake (180°C).

Why we re-certify
every single year.

Most product certifications are "one and done" — pass once, claim forever. EnduroShield's TÜV Rheinland certification has to be renewed annually. It's our quiet way of saying the formula hasn't changed since 2011.
