we top up the bottle for you.

We're a small team — we don't ship installers, and we don't replace whole kits. What we do: if the coating wears off in a specific area within 36 months, send us a photo, and we'll mail you a refill bottle in the right amount so you can re-apply that area yourself.

First, register your kit.
30 days. One short video.

The guarantee only kicks in once we've got a record of your coated glass. Without registration, we can't honour a claim later — there'd be nothing to compare against.

Apply the coating

Follow the kit instructions or our application video. About 5 minutes per panel + 8 hours cure time. Most customers do it on a Friday or Saturday night.

Record a 10-second video

Splash water on each coated panel — show the water beading off (the "lotus leaf" effect). Phone camera is fine, vertical or landscape, doesn't matter. Make sure each shower screen / window you coated is in the clip.

Email hello@enduroshield.my (preferred) or WhatsApp +60 12-676 5087. Subject: "Warranty registration — order #XXXX". We file it as proof of which glass was coated. Reply confirming registration usually within an hour.

No video sent within 30 days = no guarantee coverage.

Photograph the failed area

Take a clear photo of the spot where water no longer beads (or where the coating is visibly worn). Include enough surrounding glass that we can identify which panel it is.

We compare to your registration video

Same shower screen? Coated within the original 30-day window? If yes — claim approved. We measure the affected area and calculate how much refill coating you'll need.

EnduroShield team

We mail you a refill bottle

Sized to the affected area — could be 60ml, 120ml, or larger depending on glass area. We cover the postage. Arrives within 1-3 working days for West Malaysia, 2-5 for East.

Customer

You re-apply that area yourself

Clean the affected glass with the included EnduroClean (or white vinegar). Buff off any remaining old coating. Apply the new coating per kit instructions. Cure 8 hours. Done — guarantee period continues from your original application date.

Covered (refill bottle)

Not covered

  • Damage from prohibited cleanersNeat CLR, abrasives, ammonia, oven cleaner — see our maintenance guide.
  • Mechanical damageRazor scrapers, scouring pads, hard squeegee blades, accidental impact.
  • Pre-existing glass etchingPermanent stains that were there before application — coating can't reverse them.
  • No registration video sent within 30 days of deliveryWithout it, we have no proof which glass was coated.
  • Application beyond 30 days from deliverySealed kit shelf life is 12 months — apply within that window.
  • On-site service / installer dispatchWe're a kit company, not a service company. We send refill bottles, not technicians.

The legally-required fine print

  1. Activation requirement. The 36-month performance guarantee is activated only upon receipt of a registration video showing the coated glass, sent to hello@enduroshield.my or WhatsApp +60 12-676 5087 within 30 calendar days of original product delivery.
  2. Warranty term. 36 months from the date the registration video is received and confirmed by EnduroShield Malaysia.
  3. Scope. Limited to the original glass surface and area where EnduroShield was applied, and to coating performance only (water beading, surface integrity). Does not cover the underlying glass, hardware, frames, sealants, or third-party damage.
  4. Remedy. EnduroShield Malaysia's sole obligation under this guarantee is to provide a refill bottle of EnduroShield coating sized to re-treat the affected area. The remedy is the bottle only — re-application labour is the customer's responsibility. No cash refunds, no installer dispatch, and no replacement of the entire original kit are issued under this guarantee.
  5. Transferability. The guarantee is tied to the original applicator, identified by the registration video. It does not transfer to subsequent property owners.
  6. Exclusions. Damage caused by cleaners listed as prohibited in the maintenance guide; mechanical abrasion (razor blades, abrasive scourers, hard plastic blades); pre-existing glass etching; vandalism, fire, accidental impact, renovation damage, or acts of God.
  7. Statutory rights. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law and does not limit them.
