1. Who we are

EnduroShield Malaysia is operated by 52 Hertz Brandcom Enterprise (Reg. No. [TBD]), Malaysia. The official EnduroShield distributor for Malaysia. EnduroShield™ is a registered trademark of PCT Global Pty Ltd, Australia.

2. What we collect

When you order: name, shipping address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment processor — we don't store full card numbers).

When you contact us: the contents of your message and any details you choose to share (e.g. order number, photos).

When you browse: standard analytics — pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city-level), browser type. Aggregate, not individual.

When you sign up for our list: your email and name. That's it.

3. Why we collect it

• To ship your order to the right address.
• To answer your questions and resolve issues.
• To honour warranty claims.
• To improve our site (which pages confuse people, where the checkout breaks, etc.).
• To send the occasional product update — but only if you opted in.

4. Who we share with

Only with people who help us deliver the service:

• Couriers (Pos Laju, J&T, DHL) — your name, address, phone for delivery.
• Payment processor (Stripe / iPay88 / similar) — your payment details, never seen by us in raw form.
• Email service (Resend / Mailchimp / similar) — your email if you're on our list.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, anonymised IPs) — aggregate browsing data.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.

5. How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (Malaysian tax law requirement). Marketing list: until you unsubscribe (one click in any email). Support emails / WhatsApp threads: 2 years for reference, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we have on you (we'll send it within 14 days).
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data (except records we're legally required to keep — e.g. tax records).
• Export your data in a portable format.

We use cookies for cart functionality, login sessions, and analytics. See our Cookies notice for the specific list.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice — but we won't reduce your rights without telling you. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes get an email notification if you're on our list.
