Once a kit is openedIt's no longer eligible for cash refund — but it IS covered by the performance guarantee (provided you registered with a video).
Coating doesn't bead in a spot?Send a photo → we mail you a refill bottle in matching volume → you clean & re-apply that area yourself. Full process.
Allergic reaction or skin irritation?Stop use, WhatsApp us — we'll investigate and (if confirmed) refund the unused portion as a goodwill exception.
Why this rule?Once opened, we can't resell — and we won't dump unsealed product. Guarantee path lets us still make it right without waste.

Returning a sealed kit · the process

Send a message with your order number and a one-line reason. Order # is in your confirmation email. Reason can be as simple as "changed mind" — we don't grill people.

Step 02

Ship it back

We'll send you a return slip + warehouse address. Drop at any Pos Laju counter or your favourite courier. Keep the receipt — we reimburse if you used our prepaid label.

Step 03

Refund within 5 days

Once we receive and verify the kit (24 hours), refund is initiated. Card refunds appear in 3–5 working days. FPX/GrabPay/etc. usually next day.

Edge cases & common questions

The "but what if..."

That's a shipping defect, not a return — we ship a replacement at our cost, no return needed. WhatsApp us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Yes. Sealed kits can be swapped for a different size. We'll just charge / refund the difference and arrange the swap. Often free if it's a same-zone exchange.

Refunds are based on what you actually paid (post-discount). If a kit was RM 218 promo, that's what comes back, not RM 268.

We're flexible within reason — a few days late, fine, just message us. Beyond 45 days, the kit's likely closer to the application window, so we'd usually steer toward the guarantee path instead.

Yes, with the original order number or receipt. We'll refund to the recipient (their bank account / card) so it doesn't accidentally tip off the gift-giver.

Returns policy · legal text

Eligibility window. Sealed, unopened kits returned within 30 calendar days of original delivery are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
Condition requirement. Kits must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories, labels intact, and tamper-evident seals unbroken.
Return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless EnduroShield Malaysia caused the return (wrong item shipped, transit damage, manufacturing defect).
Refund timing. Refunds are initiated within 1 business day of warehouse receipt and verification. Settlement to original payment method typically takes 1–5 business days depending on bank/card processor.
Opened kits. Once a kit's tamper-evident seal is broken, the kit is non-refundable but covered by the 36-month performance guarantee. See the warranty page for claim process.
Statutory rights. This returns policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law and does not limit them.
