1. Strictly necessary (always on)

These keep the site functional. Disabling them breaks core features.

• woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart — keep your cart populated as you browse.
• wp_woocommerce_session_* — manages your shopping session.
• wordpress_logged_in_* — only set if you have an admin account.
• cookie-consent — remembers that you saw and dismissed our consent banner.

2. Performance & analytics (opt-out available)

These help us see which pages people read, which buttons get clicked, and where the checkout breaks. Aggregate, anonymised — we can't identify individuals.

• _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics 4) — page-level analytics, IP anonymised.
• _meta_pixel_* (Meta Pixel) — only set if you arrived from a Facebook/Instagram ad. Used for conversion measurement.

You can opt out of analytics via the consent banner, or by using browser extensions like uBlock Origin.

3. Marketing (opt-in only)

We don't use these by default. Only set if you opt in via the consent banner.

• _fbp, fr (Meta) — used for Facebook re-marketing if you opt in.
• _gcl_au (Google Ads) — used for Google Ads conversion tracking if you opt in.

4. Third-party embeds

Some of our pages embed content from third parties (Google Maps for our address, YouTube for videos). Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We don't control them.

5. Managing cookies

You can:

• Adjust your preferences in our consent banner (bottom of page on first visit).
• Clear cookies in your browser settings (Chrome → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies).
• Set your browser to block all cookies — but functionality (cart, login) will break.
• Use private/incognito mode to prevent persistent storage.

6. Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we honour it for analytics. Strictly necessary cookies are still set since they're required for the site to work.

7. Changes

If we add or remove cookies, this page is updated and the "last updated" date at the top changes.
