You can browse, read, screenshot, and link to our pages. You can't:
Pricing: displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of SST where applicable. We may update prices — but once your order is placed, the price you saw is locked.
Payment: via FPX, credit/debit card, GrabPay, ShopeePay, or bank transfer. Order confirmation isn't payment confirmation — we wait for the bank to clear funds before shipping.
Stock: we display stock in good faith but reserve the right to cancel & refund if a kit becomes unavailable after order. We'll always notify you within 1 business day if this happens.
Shipping & delivery: see our shipping page. Risk of loss transfers to you on courier handover, but we replace lost-in-transit shipments at our cost (it's the right thing to do).
Sealed kits: 30-day full refund. Opened kits: 36-month performance guarantee. Full details on returns and warranty.
EnduroShield is rigorously tested (TÜV Rheinland since 2011, ISO 9001 manufacturer). But results depend on correct application and reasonable maintenance. We make claims about typical performance — extreme conditions or misuse may produce different results.
The 36-month guarantee is our written commitment. Statements like "lab-tested 10 years" describe accelerated lab data, not a 10-year guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the kit in question, plus the replacement coating obligations under our written guarantee.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. property damage from misuse of cleaners, lost profits from delayed shipments). This doesn't limit your statutory consumer rights.

We always start with a WhatsApp conversation. Most issues resolve in one exchange. If we can't agree, the dispute is governed by the laws of Malaysia and falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor.
