We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore. If your location is not listed, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Malaysia Local Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Singapore Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over RM200.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp to monitor your shipment status.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
